MPTF values the relationships we have with our diverse community. Consistent with California law, MPTF encourages minority-owned, women owned, veteran-owned, LGBT-owned businesses, as well as SBA-defined small businesses (“Diverse Suppliers”) to participate in MPTF’s procurement program.

Vendor Diversity Survey

In compliance with Health and Safety Code Section 1339.85-1339.87 we are collecting data supporting our procurement efforts regarding certified minority, women, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT), and disabled veteran business enterprises. These qualifications apply when the business is owned by a category representing at least 51% of the ownership.
