Motion Picture & Television Fund Web Site Terms of Use The Motion Picture & Television Fund web site, including, without limitation, subdomains hereto, and the logos, designs, text, images, videos, graphics, software and other content and materials of the Motion Picture & Television Fund and its licensors available through the web site, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the “Web Site”), is provided by Motion Picture & Television Fund and its affiliates (collectively, “MPTF”). Your use of the Web Site constitutes acceptance of the following terms.

Our goal is to start to help the instant someone calls us. We try to understand what is particularly going on for that individual person and how the situation is impacting them as a human being and their family. Conversations and visits with our social workers are completely confidential. Your social worker will be your advocate and work with you to prioritize your needs and find appropriate solutions.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

MPTF controls and operates this site from Woodland Hills, California, United States of America and the information on this Web Site is presented solely for purposes of promoting MPTF’s available programs and services in Southern California, and MPTF makes no representation that all of these programs, services, information and materials are appropriate or available in other locations. These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such State, and without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with these Terms of Use or the Web Site shall be resolved exclusively within the federal and state courts residing within Los Angeles County, State of California, and you waive any jurisdictional venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. MPTF will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms of Use if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood or war. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the MPTF and its officers, directors, members, employees and agents (collectively, “MPTF Parties”) from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to, in connection with or arising out of your use of the Web Site or arising from your breach of these Terms of Use, including any representation or warranty set forth herein, your violation of applicable laws, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity. COPYRIGHT CLAIMS

MPTF respects the rights of all copyright holders and MPTF has adopted and implemented a policy that provides for notification and removal of content that allegedly infringes the rights of copyright holders.
